Joyce DiDonato awarded with 2018 Handel Music Prize

In recognition of her spectacular performances of Handel’s music on concert and operatic stages, as well as on critically acclaimed recordings, Joyce DiDonato has been named the winner of the 2018 Handel Music Prize. Ms. DiDonato will receive the award in May at a ceremony during the Handel Festival in Halle, Germany. Past winners include Cecilia Bartoli, Magdalena Kozena, Philippe Jaroussky, John Eliot Gardiner, Trevor Pinnock, Christopher Hogwood, Jordi Savall, and Vivica Genaux.
