Role debut as Charlotte in Paris

This season, Joyce DiDonato makes her highly anticipated role debut as Charlotte in Massenet’s romantic tragedy Werther. In addition to her stage debut in the role at Royal Opera this summer, Ms. DiDonato will debut as Charlotte in concert on April 9 with the Orchestre National de France in Paris, under the baton of Jacques Lacombe. Joyce is joined by a spectacular cast for this performance, including acclaimed tenor and frequent collaborator Juan Diego Flórez debuting in the title role. The performance takes place at the stunning Théâtre des Champs-Élysées; please note this event is now sold-out, with the exception of a limited number of standing room tickets available.
